Special Interest Groups

Special Interest Groups (SIG) cater to those with interests in particular branches of cartography. Currently there are five SIG's in the CCA:

  1. Analytical Cartography and GIS
  2. Cartographic Education
  3. History of Cartography
  4. Map Use and Design
  5. Map Production Technology

The SIGs frequently serve as the focus for special sessions at the annual conference.
